Meet The House of Grace and Hope team!
The House and Grace team is made of many parts with different roles in how they support us! Some financially support us and others contribute physically.
All are valued to us immeasurably. The following people are those who contribute physically in the House and the English Kids Club!
The Harrison Family (Australian)
Alina (Russian)
Alina has been Luke’s girlfriend for the past 3 years, but has also become a valuable part of our team. Alina is a part of our Kids club team the share the responsibility of organising and running all the games with Luke. She also is point of contact between the orphanages and us each week and helps with translating the work books and materials for us. She also writes, translates and puts all the materials up on our Vkontakte and Facebook page and will help with the web page.
Veronika (Russian)
Veronika only recently joined our staff when Kate left to have a baby and Lena our former administration assistant moved to Kaliningrad. Veronika works in the office with us several times a week. She translates and helps with all the Russian paper work and filling or whatever we need. In a short time she has become an invaluable and much appreciate asset to our team.
Tanya (Russian)
Tanya joined our team about six months ago. She is a qualified psychologist and originally came in informally to spend time with the girls to build trust and relationship. Now each Monday she runs a Mothers group. The Girls really enjoy this time with her and we can see them growing.
Janice (American)
Janice also is a valued part of the House of Grace and Hope team over the last three years. Janice helps with our English kids club at Mira street refuge each Saturday. In addition using her skills as a business coach helping us taking our dreams and ideas out of our heads, on to paper and into reality.
Sherry and Albert (Canadian)
Sherry and Albert have been part of our team for about 2 year now. They are extremely generous with their time helping with the English Kids club at Mira street Refuge.
