As part of becoming an official organisation we were required to set up a Board of directors in Russia. By Russian law they can be Russian or foreign but must have a current visa. To us we wanted people whom we could trust and who has a similar heart to us to see House of Grace and Hope grow and support for Orphan Russian teenagers.
