House of grace and Hope Have the following Volunteer Vacancies
English Lessons
House of Grace and Hope are looking for native English speakers to come and teach English to individuals living in the house. The level of English varies from person to person and some require lessons at night and others through the day. If you have an hour or two per week to spare, your contribution would be gratefully appreciated.
Child Care
House of Grace and Hope are looking for individuals to come and help with child care Monday mornings from 11am till 12pm while the mothers are in a group session. In addition at other times to give the mothers a chance for some time out once or twice a week. If you have an hour or two per week to spare,this would greatly assist Peter and this would greatly support Peter and Tracy and the young mothers they work with.
Medium To Long term team Support
If you have a desire to work over seas and touch the life of orphans, then maybe Sakhalin Island Is the place for you!
We are looking for individuals to work with us for short term two weeks periods, too three months to a year or longer opportunities. HGH offers individuals a chance to live in the house along side of these kids, working with us using your own gifts and abilities, to help these young adults grow and develop.
In addition each Saturday we do an English Kids club at a local orphanage and would like extend into more orphanages as our team grows.
Future Opportunities
In the future HGH are hoping to build a centre to house more kids. We will be looking for short and long term people with building skills to volunteer their time and help see our dream become a reality!
